Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8 years in Leadership roles like HR Director, VP of HR
Experience with Law Firm a must
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and CA employment law compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; experienced in managing HR teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems
Job description
