Position: Human Resource Coordinator
Pay: $20-$22/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 2-3 years of previous HR experience
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a trailer and walk from one building to another
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, and record-keeping systems is valuable.
- Basic understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws, especially those relevant to warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and external partners effectively.
-Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and possibly warehouse management systems
