Human Resources Assistant

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, as a summer student in the Human Resources team, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. You’ll assist with organizing employee files, scheduling interviews, preparing communications, and updating HR databases. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional environment, providing valuable exposure to HR practices and the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience. Proficient in Microsoft office an asset, good communication skills and a self-starter.
