Key Responsibilities: • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns. • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics for management review. • HR Systems Management: Maintain and manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and system functionality. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems through data analysis. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR data. • Employee Surveys: Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results to provide actionable insights. • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to support data-driven decision-making. • Training Support: Provide training and support to HR staff on data analysis and HRIS. • Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare company practices with industry standards. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and data analysis tools is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR analytics field.
