Growth360 is a leading executive search firm. We hire mid to senior level talent for companies that are scaling up. We have a recruiter/senior recruiter role open with us and the role will focus on recruitment but with a large focus on research about the role and JD. Also the role will offer good exposure to social media marketing.

This isnt about being able to do searches on Naukri but requires much deeper searches and headhunting.

Key Responsibilities
• Research companies to find relevant companies and industry matches
• Search for profiles to get to the right matches
• Understand job requirements much beyond what's written in the job description
• Pitch role to candidates effectively
• Assist in business development and account management (for the deserving candidates)
• Ensure proper mapping sheets for candidates
• Update all the data with proper info in ATS
• Headhunt candidates
• Learn and master how to use social media for marketing roles.
