Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team at Talent Trace Consultancy. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying job requirements to onboarding successful candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

3. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.

4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

5. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.

6. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

7. Negotiate job offers and close candidates.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.

10. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources,
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
