About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. Theideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with proficiencyin various HR tasks including offer letter generation, promotion management, appraisal processing,and department change documentation. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate expertise inExcel, file maintenance, and knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State InsuranceCorporation (ESIC) workings.Responsibilities: Generate offer letters, letters of agreement (LOA), promotion letters, appraisal documents,department change letters, and other HR-related correspondences. Proficiently utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Maintain both digital and hard copy files ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliancewith company policies and legal regulations. Utilize HRMS software for various HR operations including employee data management,leave management, and payroll processing. Handle the breakdown of Cost to Company (CTC) and upload CTC breakup accurately. Serve as an onboarding expert, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into theorganization. Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services, ensuring timely delivery and adherenceto service level agreements. Oversee attendance management processes, including monitoring and reporting onattendance records, leave balances, and attendance policy compliance. Maintain knowledge of PF and ESIC workings, ensuring compliance with regulations andtimely submission of required documentation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Familiarity with HRMS software and its functionalities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to PF, ESIC, and other HR-related mattersis preferred.
