You will be working as HR Team Lead - Compensation & Performance role and will be a part of Global Business Services (GBS), HR Delivery team based in Bangalore, and you will be reporting to delivery manager. In this role you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.Your responsibilities You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the team ensuring an integrated approach to service delivery and collaboration with the HR Systems & Improvements Team and manage Regional Annual Salary Review Process, Annual ESAP process and other Compensation and Benefits related regional projects. Design and Deliver solutions aligned with our HR Strategy. Govern HR processes and develop improvement plans in needed areas. Build the controls and KPIs in place for effective process governance. Lead team in daily huddles, discuss and continuously improving on key operational metrics and quality Check on the Key / Critical transactions processed by team as defined in the Quality framework. Demonstrate high proficiency in processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries and accountable for setting team performance expectations, reinforcing goals, providing coaching and feedback on performance. Proactively leads team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline information and processes, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls to achieve annual productivity goals. Manage tracking and delivery of Compensation & Performance services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like OTD, Quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT). Your background A Bachelor's / master's degree in any stream and 8 - 10 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization with minimum 2 years of experience as People manager as well as hands on experience in Total Reward Operations and Benefits process and Ability to manage a team of 8 - 10 members. Hands on experience on SAP and Workday knowledge will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
