The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing strategic plans to meet business objectives

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

• Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires

• Develop and implement employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field

• 3-4 years of experience working in HR, preferably in an IT or consulting company

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of Indian HR and Labour Laws
