We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
DUTIES:

Conduct employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years in HR management roles.
Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics.
Background in implementing HR systems and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
