Job Description

• Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Benefits Administration Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR and benefits administration.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage benefit and HR billing processes, including vendor payments and invoice tracking
• Coordinate with finance and AP teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
• Lead procurement process and set up new vendors in the ARIBA system
• Investigate issues and answer inquiries internally or from vendors
• Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative function
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Fully competent in Google, Microsoft applications, with advanced level experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Ariba or similar procurement system and Workday or other HRIS
