Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Health Nurse at SK Home Nursing Services in Bengaluru. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing personalized care and medical assistance to patients in their homes. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications (any one)

10+2

Diploma

GNM & B.Sc Nursing

Valid nursing license or certification

Proven experience as a Home Health Nurse or in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of medical and nursing practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs

Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
