Our client is seeking an accomplished Head of Human Resources to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance organisational performance. This senior role will oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and the cultivation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership and a proven ability to implement forward-thinking people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an 18-member HR team, directing people and organisational development initiatives to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on people and organisational development priorities.
• Drive the organisation’s people strategy, including rewards and benefits, workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
• Utilise data-driven insights and HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead change management efforts, facilitating smooth organisational transitions and promoting sustainable growth.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage a significant budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to key HR and L&D initiatives.

Key Qualifications:
• CIPD Level 7 (QBE will be considered)
• Extensive experience in senior HR roles with a focus on people strategy, organisational development, and leadership.
• Strong expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, change management, and compliance with employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change, enhance employee engagement, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proven success in managing HR budgets and utilising HR metrics to optimise business outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
