We are looking for a dynamic and multifaceted professional to join our management team and drive our next phase of growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, and administrative operations. This is a unique hybrid role for a professional with a strong business acumen who can align our talented team with our ambitious growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, blending expertise in HR, and business administration to enhance operational efficiency and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)

Talent Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and high-performance work environment. Act as the primary point of contact for all employee matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Performance & Development: Implement performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and professional development programs to ensure the team remains at the forefront of dental excellence.
Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with our clinic's values and legal requirements.
Admin Manager

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, patient testimonials) that educates patients and promotes our services.
Community & Corporate Outreach: Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and corporate entities to establish partnerships and referral networks.
Analytics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, patient acquisition costs, and ROI to optimize strategies.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the clinic's daily financial operations, including patient billing, insurance claims, and accounts payable/receivable.
Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly performance reports for the management.
Operational Efficiency: Analyze clinic workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of dental supplies and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: MBA or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a role that combines HR, finance and administrative responsibilities. Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a significant advantage.
HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
