Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with experience in various aspects of finish work
Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in finish carpentry
Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations
Proficiency with power tools and hand tools commonly used in carpentry work
Ability to read and interpret construction documents such as schematics and blueprints
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary

Must have a truck and tools!
