The Dispatcher is responsible for:
• Assisting in taking overspill client call from the call center
• Working alongside call center to schedule and assign calls to technicians
• Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
• Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call
• Enter close out information from technicians for proper reporting and accounting
• Enter credit card information for technicians as needed
• Dispatch new calls to technicians and be able to move calls in a fast manner as needed
• Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointments
• File invoices and install folders as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
