The Opportunity
This is an ideal position for early career professionals looking to build their foundation in customer success and account management within the education sector. Position Overview
The Customer Success Representative is an entry-level support role focused on ensuring customers achieve their educational goals through proactive engagement, guidance, and success-driven initiatives. You'll support critical business functions including user engagement, expansion sales, renewals, and ongoing teacher upskilling, with every touchpoint designed to drive customer success and positive outcomes.
Supporting schools requires patience, persistence, perseverance, empathy and a sense of humor - it's quite different to other industries but incredibly rewarding.
As Part Of This Role You Will:
Customer Engagement & Support
Respond to inbound questions and queries from customers via email and phone
Proactively reach out to customers to support with platform usage and their customer journey
Handle administrative aspects of customer onboarding processes
No fear to pick up the phone and make calls with excellent phone manner
Account Management & Growth
Monitor customer usage and associated data to identify trends and potential issues
Identify at-risk accounts and support the team in implementing retention strategies
Flag growth opportunities and customer needs to senior team members
Support expansion sales and renewal processes
Data & Administrative Coordination
Use our proprietary CMS to create accounts, input information and monitor data
Analyse and compile data to create regular reports
Maintain detailed records with strong attention to accuracy

Location and Requirements:
Our office is located in Surry Hills (Sydney) in very close proximity to public transport (train, bus, light rail) and surrounded by awesome cafes and places to eat.
We are a team that enjoys coming to the office, working together and we are looking for someone interested in doing the same.
This role requires prolonged periods of desk work, including computer use and phone calls.
