Job Description

Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice process

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals, including freshers, to start an exciting and rewarding career in customer Support role for an international payments and travel firm that provides secure and convenient payment solutions.

Freshers are welcome to apply—no experience needed! We provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed in this role.

Job Details:

Shift Details: Fixed Day Shift.

Working Days: 5 days a week and 2 days week off (Saturday and Sunday fixed offs)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Responsibilities:

- Should handle queries related inbound calls comfortably.

- Provide exceptional customer service in a domestic voice process setting.

- Work smoothly and effectively with your team.

- Follow company guidelines and standards.

- Maintain accuracy and adhere to company policies and industry standards.

- Help customers in solving their queries promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory).

- HSC to Any Degree holders can apply

- Freshers can apply

- Experienced candidates with at least 6 months of experience in tele calling or customer service also can apply.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
