Crew Member

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Crew members to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following café standards.
Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and light meals.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the café (counter, tables, equipment, etc.).
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address guest inquiries.
Handle cash transactions and use POS systems accurately.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts.
Requirements:

No prior experience required (training provided), but café/barista experience is a plus.
Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Nice to Have:

Barista certification or coffee-making experience.
Knowledge of latte art or specialty brews.
Food safety certification.
