Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Chef for a continental Cafe located in Kozhikode. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Currently We are looking for CDP, Commi1 and Commi2 for our continental kitchen also one experienced Barista.

Qualifications
• Culinary skills in preparing continental dishes
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience in managing kitchen operations
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
