Carnegie Contracting is a family owned residential framing business in Guelph, ON. We are looking to hire reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crews.

Our company is seeking a Framer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and quickly, and should enjoy working outside.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily tasks as assigned, in a safe and efficient manner
Use hand and power tools
Accurately measure, cut, nail building materials
Work cooperatively with other framers
Read blueprints an asset
Unpack and pack up tools/materials at the beginning and end of the workday
Help maintain a clean worksite by clearing away construction waste and debris
Adhere to onsite health and safety protocols, including wearing proper safety clothing and gear
Additional Qualifications/Experience:

Ability to follow/provide instruction, work independently
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Energetic - a physical demanding job involving heavy lifting and working outdoors
Relevant construction experience
Valid Working at Heights
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
