Job description
We are looking for a Community Nurse in South West London to join a nationally recognised specialist provider, this full-time nursing position offers a salary up to £37,+60 per annum, a company car or car allowance of £4877, London Weighting allowance, paid milage and more.

In this Community Nurse role you will be covering Southall, Twickenham and South West London, working for one of the biggest partners to the NHS, mainly focusing on IV therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will oversee a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care and making a difference in patients' lives every single day.

To apply for this Homecare Nurse role, you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN. Additional qualifications include:
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience within the acute setting and competent in the administration of IV treatments
• Experience in community-based work is desirable but not essential
