Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial plumber
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools used in commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving plumbing issues
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects on time

Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
