Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Health Professional to join our team as a Remote Care Specialist. The successful candidate will provide culturally responsive alcohol and other drugs services to clients, their carers, families, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Provide aftercare support in remote communities as part of a multi-disciplinary Primary Health Care team.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers, families, and community members.
Work collaboratively with the Primary Health Care team to achieve service delivery goals.
Requirements

Professional 2 experience level.
Relevant qualifications and skills in clinical health practice.
What We Offer

Competitive salary package $106,158 - $126,245 (including salary $+0,204 - $107,554).
