Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Haematology-Oncology Outpatients Unit at The London Cancer Clinic, a leading private hospital in the heart of London.

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to deliver high standards of patient-centred care in our busy outpatients unit. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating nursing interventions, planning ongoing care, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, evaluation, and ongoing planning
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in education and training programs to enhance professional development

Requirements
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration
Demonstrable post-registration experience working effectively within the apheresis field
Post registration oncology experience with sound evidence-based knowledge in general nursing
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and flexibly as part of a team
