The opportunity has become available for a Cellar Supervisor to join the team.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Cellar Supervisor to lead our back-of-house operations and manage all cellar logistics at the iconic Kings Cross Hotel.

In this role, you'll be responsible for a range of operational tasks including venue open-up and set-up, receiving and managing deliveries, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers, changing kegs, cleaning beer lines, and providing general support to the wider venue team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Cellar Hand or Cellar Supervisor ready to take the next step in a dynamic, high-volume venue and to progress with one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

Located in the heart of Kings Cross with excellent public transport access, getting to work couldn’t be easier.

Please note: this is a physical role that involves regular heavy lifting.
