Ideal candidate for this position will possess 5 years of construction experience, leadership skills and must be able to read basic drawings
Individual must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues
Qualified Candidates for the positions listed above must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction
Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs, 75% of the time
Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours
Punctuality and promptness are required every day
Individuals must be able to pass a TSA background check requirement

We are currently seeking experienced Carpenter Foremen to support our Field Supervision and project located in Mesa, AZ. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include leading a team of carpenters to complete daily tasks at the jobsite.The individual will be responsible for coordinating projects, including monitor production schedule and attendance of crew.We consider this a working foreman position and individual will also assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed. Qualifications
Ideal candidate for this position will possess 5 years of construction experience, leadership skills and must be able to read basic drawings. Individual must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues. OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred, forklift and fall protection trained, mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor). A high school diploma or GED are a plus as well as strong time management skills.
