Hours: Full-time; General work schedule is M-F 7:00am-4:30pm, plus additional hours as necessary to perform outlines duties
Vacation: PTO
Compensation: TBD, Bi-weekly Pay
Additional Paid Time Off: All Major Holidays

Employees will be provided with company shirts and various other resources/tools to support employee efficiency

Objective

To provide an opportunity for an entry level carpenter to explore the prospect of a career in Residential Construction to include, but not limited to:
• Seeing first-hand the skills needed to excel in a construction career.
• Working within a team environment.
• Being able to experience the progress made in a workday.
• Participating in physical work and understanding the satisfaction that comes at the end of a project!
• Working outside and enjoying the elements whether they are good, bad, or indifferent.
• Learning your full potential. It may be more than you realize!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities; this job is not for everyone.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Be physically fit, and able to lift 50lbs.
• Dependable, working within a team requires accountability.
