The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in providing outstanding high tea experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, tea, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will work in a team environment, ensuring smooth service during high tea sessions, and contributing to the exceptional quality and service standards Shangri-La is known for.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages for high tea guests.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, attentive demeanor.
Ensure timely and accurate order preparation, maintaining the highest standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
About You:

Previous experience as a Barista in a high-end café, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, tea, and related beverage offerings.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
