ANM Nurse (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ANM Nurse to join our rehabilitation center. The ANM Nurse will be responsible for providing basic nursing care, assisting medical professionals, and supporting the recovery of patients undergoing rehabilitation for various medical and psychological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic nursing care and assist in patient hygiene, medication administration, and daily activities.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses in medical procedures and patient treatment plans.
• Support patients with mobility, rehabilitation exercises, and daily therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medication schedules and progress reports.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications.
• Ensure infection control practices and maintain cleanliness in the facility.
• Administer first aid and handle minor medical emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
• ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification from a recognized institute.
• Valid nursing registration with the appropriate state nursing council.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation, psychiatric, or de-addiction centers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle patients with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of rehabilitation processes and mental health care is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
