About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our anaesthetics department on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in anaesthesia and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The Anaesthetic Nurse will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care, liaising with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient and staff safety. They will also proactively assess operative nursing care and document patient information objectively and clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current registration with AHPRA
A minimum of 1 year's experience in anaesthesia
A postgraduate certificate in perioperative nursing (or working towards)
A commitment to quality patient care
Excellent communication and customer service skills
