Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop care plans
Deliver nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans
Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care and services for residents
What We're Looking For:

A registered Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience in aged care or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
