Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Advanced Analytics, and Zoho CRM.

Create, customize, and troubleshoot Deluge scripts for automating workflows and enhancing system capabilities.

Configure custom modules, fields, workflows, blueprints, and reports in Zoho applications.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency.

Provide user training and support for Zoho applications.

Ensure data integrity and assist with data migration/integration projects when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience managing Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics.

Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator customizations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).

Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment.
