Design Engineer Role
Job Title: Design Engineer
Location: Jaipur Rajasthan
Job Summary:
The Design Engineer will play a critical role in our innovative design company, focusing on creating, developing, and refining design solutions across various projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric designs for Mobility and Transportation, Electric Vehicles, Industrial Products, and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills to drive forward-thinking design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Design:
Develop and refine designs using CAD softwares and other design tools.
Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
Perform simulations and testing to validate design performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to integrate design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Project Management:
Manage design projects from concept through to production.
Create and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Conduct research to inform and inspire new design ideas.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to design challenges.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Design Engineer or similar role in a design consultancy or related industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO, CATIA NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ).
Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for innovation and sustainable design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience with electric vehicle design.
Knowledge of 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Machine Design Engineer:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis under general supervision.
- Design or modify mechanical engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general supervision.
- Perform and document engineering tests under general supervision
- Generate related documentation for product release under general supervision
- Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve moderately complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate difficulty under general supervision
- Implement concepts of moderate product issues and mechanical solutions of moderate difficulty
- May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle
