- Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the ward
- Equipment maintenance: Taking care of hospital equipment, including linens and ward equipment
- Waste disposal: Disposing of medical waste properly
- Reporting: Reporting issues or concerns to nursing staff
- Documentation: Completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Confidentiality: Keeping patient information confidential
- Emergency situations: Being available for 24 hours in emergency situations
