• Website Maintenance & Updates
• Bug Management & Issue Resolution
• Server, Hosting & Domain Management
• Vendor & Developer Coordination
• Website Security & Backups
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Documentation & SOP Management
• Handle user queries and provide basic website-related support.
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of Webflow & PHP-based websites
• Knowledge of DNS, SSL, domains, hosting platforms, and server management
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend/frontend workflows
• Familiarity with Git or version control (preferred)
• Excellent communication for developer/vendor coordination
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Highly organised with strong documentation discipline
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong Customer Service skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or similar
• 2–5 years of experience managing live websites
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Cloudflare, etc.
