Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Web development technologies
Experience in managing domain name and server configuration, including mail records
Experience in designing a secured public website on the Cloud (Amazon or Azure)
Proficiency with PHP / MySQL / CSS / JQuery
Independently manage and track time spent on projects and tasks
Experience with Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver
Basic knowledge of usability & 508 compliancy
Great customer service and interfacing with customers is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities
Develop technical architecture of secure web sites, including scripting and user interface design
Construct, develop and maintain Web applications using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and PHP on the Cloud (Azure / AWS)
Maintain existing custom-built content management system and develop new features
Participate in Website Development Phases:
Phase-1: Planning and Strategy
Phase-2: Information Architecture
Phase-3: Visual Design
Phase-4: Technical Build and Implementation
Phase-5: Quality Assurance Testing and Deployment
Phase-6: Training and Troubleshooting
Phase-7: Asset Delivery
Refresh web site content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images
Develop modifications or enhancements to existing internet web programs
Collaborate with back-end developers and other team members as needed
Create cross browser, standard-compliant HTML, and CSS code
Perform the implementation of provided designs in a timely manner
Perform website development, automated migration of structured content, theming, section 508 testing and integration, and fully responsive design
Build and deploy new sites/applications using the most current versions of the Linux-based, open-source technologies of Grav, Symfony, Jekyll, and other compiled static web tools
Work in a team-based Agile environment
Engage stakeholders during Sprint Planning and Sprint Review
Upgrade the websites to align with web presence standards
Migrating the website to a new Content Management System (CMS),
Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical
Recommend improvements if necessary
Make use of JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery coding to enrich the existing web pages/apps
Deploy Web sites using 3rd party content management tools, such as Drupal, WordPress
Provide support as needed to technical team
