CALLING ALL HOSPITALITY PRO’S

As Wait Staff at Albion and East, you will be the friendly face our guests remember. You will know our menu inside out and recommend your favourites. Maintain high standards of the service and make guest experience memorable.

Greet, serve and look after our guests so they go home happy. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere. Be open to learning new skills, fully understand our menus and be able to make recommendations to our guests. Take ownership of and thrive in a busy section.

WHO ARE WE?

Albion & East operates upscale urban bars with wood-fired artisan pizza, humble social food and in-house bakeries. Cocktail bars and banquet halls of old reclaimed decadence, offering coffee and hot-desking by day, cocktails and pizza by night for the revellers, and an Italian feast for those seeking weekend brunch. We distil our own small batch gin at each site and offer gin blending & cocktail masterclasses too.
