At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join us in Fitz's Brasserie Russell Square with an Immediate start.

Fitz's Russell Sq. is located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, featuring three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz's Brasserie serves classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz's Bar & Parlour is a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails, and savour a late-night tipple.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is situated in the heart of Bloomsbury, just a 2-minute walk from Russell Square tube station, where the Piccadilly line runs 24 hours a day on Fridays and Saturdays.

As a Waiter/Waitress, we will support you to:

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or concerns, working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders, and driving the business forward.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar, or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender, or Host.
Passion for providing positive guest experiences and interacting with our guests.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Confidence in delivering great service, having a can-do attitude, and being willing to help out where needed.
A flexible approach to shifts and being willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team.
