Situated on Granary Square, The Lighterman is a dynamic venue with three floors, including a riverside bar and multiple outside terrace spaces. As a contemporary pub and dining room, we are dedicated to serving modern and timeless pub classics, accompanied by warm service.

Every day is exciting as a Waiter/Waitress. Here’s what you’ll do:
• Welcome guests with a smile and make their visit unforgettable.
• Master the menu, know the specials, and guide guests to food and drinks they’ll love.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all workspaces.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
• Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Upholds high standards and aligns with our values.
• Has previous experience in a similar hospitality role is a bonus, but not essential—we love developing talent!
