Job Description

Responsible to act as an intermediary between the brokerage operations community, the controllership team and the deal management (SFDC, Callidus, Workday, Payroll) technical community to the frontline for all questions related to Operations/Desktop Procedure and how technical platforms support the expected outcome. This role would report to the Sr. Manager Corporate Solutions – Commissions Platforms

Technical

- User Setup and maintenance
- Ability to reconcile data integrations across all platforms (SFDC to Workday to Callidus). This may include the development and maintenance of a process to validate the movement of data throughout the platform.
- Coordinate and work with help desk team to develop Knowledge Base Articles
- Ability to coordinate with Operations and controllership user’s to identify functional enhancements which benefit the organization as a whole
- Schedule and run reports as required
- Perform various data loads as required
- Database querying
- Report Development
- Some experience with scripting languages like Groovy or Python preferred (but not required)
- Serve as tier 1 support to troubleshoot any issues within the Callidus application and work with users to resolve, or escalate as needed.

- Problem Solving/Critical Thinking

- Ability to investigate the root cause and escalation to the proper technology teams (while keeping other teams in loop).
- Ability to reverse engineer a problem to rectify payment reconciliation.

Training

- Ability to train the user base on Existing functionalities and Desktop Procedures.
- Enhancement web training for the field with releases or adhoc basis

- Processes, System and operational

- Document and maintain user manuals for processes to process commission payroll
- Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements, as needed.

- Testing

- Collaborate with operations and controllership to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- UAT participation in testing across all platforms
- Primary focus on regression testing
- Enhancement web training for the field with every release

Must Haves:

- 2-3+ yrs of experience as a technical business analyst
- Providing technical support to end users
- Gather business needs and develop technical requirements
- Commissions Module within and ERP system- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Sage, Varicent
- Been a liaison between functional and technical users
- SQL knowledge- writing basis queries

Plusses:

- SAP Commissions
- SAP HANA/Oracle background
- Power BI or other reporting tool
- Strong understanding of Brokerage, Marketing, Research, enterprise applications, and business processes
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Industry Designation

Compensation: Total compensation ranges from 1,258,152 - 1,500,000 INR annually based on experience.
