Videographer & Editor

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content that elevates our brand presence across digital platforms. This role combines storytelling, technical expertise, and an understanding of brand aesthetics to produce high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, events, and product marketing. Pre-Production
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and develop video concepts.
- Plan shoots, create storyboards, and prepare shot lists.
- Arrange and manage necessary equipment, lighting, and set design for shoots.
Production
- Shoot videos for campaigns, social media, podcast, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with proficiency.
- Direct talent during shoots to capture the desired tone and style.
Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand videos.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, and sound effects.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, Color grading, and style in all videos.
- Content Management
- Organize and manage the video archive/library for easy access.
- Maintain backups and ensure file security.
- Keep track of project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably for brands or agencies.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Knowledge of Color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to operate DSLR/ Mirrorless cameras and lighting setups.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand alignment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in event, real estate and lifestyle video shoots.
- Basic photography skills will be an added advantage.
- Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Timely delivery of video projects.
- Quality score/feedback from internal teams.
- Engagement rate and reach of video content.
- Consistency in brand aesthetics across all videos.

Pay: ₹216,760.97 - ₹550,000.00 per year
