Role Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Videographer who is deeply embedded in Gen Z culture and passionate about music and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce user-generated content that resonates with Gen Z audiences, enhancing the visibility and cultural impact of Mad Influence and its subsidiaries.
Handle the complete content creation process: conceptualizing, filming, and editing innovative social media videos.
Stay updated with current trends in social media content and video editing to ensure the content is fresh, appealing, and engaging.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to script videos that align with campaign goals and brand voice.
Optimize content based on performance data and audience feedback to increase engagement and reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in videography and content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in producing and editing high-quality videos.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and what type of content succeeds on each.
Excellent video editing skills, with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Creative storytelling and scripting abilities, with a knack for capturing the attention of a young audience.
Passion for and knowledge of current music trends, especially those popular among Gen Z.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt content based on evolving trends and feedback.
Desirable:

A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience creating content specifically for brands or in an agency setting.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
