If you're a Short Form Video Editor who thrives on creativity and knows how to keep eyes glued to the screen- we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Retention-Driven Editing:
• Design and edit videos to captivate within the first few seconds.
• Implement hooks, rapid cuts, and engaging visuals to keep viewers engaged.
• Ensure each video maintains high viewer retention through strategic pacing.

Trendspotting & Creative Implementation:
• Identify and incorporate the latest design and editing trends.
• Experiment with trending visual styles, transitions, and effects.
• Keep content fresh by adapting successful elements from viral videos.

Audience-Centric Storytelling:
• Structure videos to deliver value quickly and consistently.
• Use graphics, text overlays, and sound design to reinforce key messages.
• Ensure every second of the video contributes to the overall narrative.

Basic Production expertise:
• You should know how to capture the basic raw footage for founder/people led recording(Lighting, background, camera placement)

The Ideal Candidate:
• Editing Expertise: Strong experience in creating high-retention short-form videos.
• Software Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Trend Awareness: Sharp eye for trends in video design and editing techniques.
• Audience Focus: Strong ability to deliver content that resonates and retains viewers.
• Motion Graphics: Ability to integrate motion graphics that enhance viewer engagement.
