Job Overview: As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality video content that aligns with the company's vision and brand identity. This role involves advanced video editing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that meet creative and technical standards. Utilise advanced editing techniques, including colour correction, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects, to enhance video quality.

2. Content Enhancement:Enhance educational content by incorporating graphics, animations, and other visual elements to improve clarity and engagement. Work closely with the content team to understand the educational objectives and translate them into effective visual storytelling.

3. Storytelling: Craft engaging and effective narratives through the seamless editing of video footage. Understand the target audience and tailor content to captivate and resonate with viewers.

4. Quality Control:Conduct thorough quality checks on edited content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with educational goals. Address feedback and make revisions as necessary, maintaining a commitment to excellence in all deliverables.

5. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and technology trends. Provide technical support and guidance to junior video editors as needed.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate feedback and make necessary revisions to video content

7. Visual Standards: Maintain and enforce consistent visual standards across all educational materials and platforms.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience with colour correction and grading techniques to enhance the visual appeal and consistency of videos.

2. Knowledge of accessibility standards in video editing
