Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit short-form video content for various digital platforms, with a focus on reels for Instagram.
Creative Storytelling: Transform raw footage into compelling narratives, ensuring visual coherence and storytelling effectiveness.
Reels Expertise: Proficiency in editing reels, incorporating music, transitions, effects, and text overlays to create engaging content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team to understand project requirements and align editing with brand guidelines and objectives.
Quality Control: Review edited videos for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before final delivery.
Efficiency: Complete editing tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Software Proficiency: Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, other editing Softwares) to execute editing tasks effectively.
Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
Requirements:

Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing short-form video content.
Reels Editing Experience: Demonstrated experience in editing reels for platforms like Instagram, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and visually interpret concepts to create engaging video content.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and incorporate feedback.
Education:

Relevant certification or diploma in video editing or a related field is preferred.
