Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship. If you have a passion for crafting engaging video content, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including short-form videos optimized for engagement and virality, long-form YouTube videos, and corporate videos with a professional tone.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) to create visually appealing and engaging videos.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including adding transitions, effects, text, sound design, and b-roll.
• Assist in editing corporate videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content and media team to meet deadlines and maintain content quality.
• Stay updated on editing trends across social media platforms.

Requirements:
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of social media video trends and editing styles.
• Ability to tell a story through editing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Must have their own laptop/system capable of video editing.
• A portfolio or sample videos (college or personal projects welcome).
