Are you passionate about video production, editing, and digital storytelling? First World Mortgage is hiring a Video Content Creator & Videographer to bring ideas to life for both the company brand and our individual mortgage loan officers.

Open to Full-time, Part-time, or independent contractor
On-site/Remote with travel as required
Visits to branch offices, events, and on-location shoots
Open to supplementing your own primary camera and editing materials, or company can provide camera/audio/editing setup with need determined by you and VP of Marketing and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
Co-plan, film, and edit video content for company branding, recruiting, social media, website, and email campaigns.
Work directly with loan officers to produce short-form personal branding videos (tips, market updates, FAQs, community features, etc.).
Manage full production process: scripting support, scheduling, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
Edit videos for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (vertical and horizontal formats).
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements.
Maintain organized project files, raw footage, and equipment; manage a continuous content pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to track content performance and enhance results.
Provide guidance to team members on-camera presence and effective delivery.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in videography, video editing, and digital content creation.
Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating short-form social content and brand storytelling.
Proficiency with professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other).
Experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; ability to independently set up and run shoots.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and optimization best practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and comfort directing talent with varying on-camera experience.
Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services content is a plus but not required.
Motion graphics, photography, or drone experience is a plus but not required.
