The Service Technician ensures customers remain supported, informed, and satisfied after their solar installation by delivering high‑quality service, timely issue resolution, and proactive system care. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring every system continues to perform at its best long after installation.

Position Duties;

Perform diagnostic, corrective, and preventive maintenance on installed solar PV and battery systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot system faults, inverter issues, wiring problems, and monitoring errors using appropriate electrical testing equipment.
Complete service reports, documentation, and updates following each service visit, ensuring accurate records of all work performed.
Educate customers on system performance, maintenance expectations, and safe operation of their solar and battery systems.
Essential Requirements

· Electricians Licence

· SAA PV and Battery Licence

· Working at heights certificate

· White Card

· Valid Drivers Licence

· Proven communication skills for on‑site support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
