The company is a Gurugram-based tech company modernising supply chains through its cloud-based platform, Inventify, which uses AI and IoT to improve distributor management, asset tracking, and operational efficiency for leading brands.

Job Brief:Responsible for onboarding customers, ensuring smooth SaaS platform usage, resolving technical issues, and driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

Position-Customer Success Executive / Technical Account Executive (SaaS)

Industry-SaaS (Software as a Service) / Supply Chain Technology

Location- Gurgaon (Work From Home option available)

Experience-6 months to 2 years

Educational Qualifications-Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Skills :

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of integrations, CRM, or enterprise software
• Ability to analyze customer usage and improve product adoption

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding and ensure successful platform implementation
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and support
• Monitor customer usage and drive product adoption
• Resolve technical issues by coordinating with support and engineering teams
• Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction
• Track customer feedback, performance metrics, and retention status
